Hey Bill,
great idea, nice to watch.
But if you want people to pay for your work you have to produce more than one or two lessons a week.
And watching your lessons in 1080p, they still look “pixeled”! Simply a “no go” for a paid professional tutorial. Examples at rippletraining.com.
Hope you have find time to improve your XinTwo.
best regards
Fred-Eric
Hey Bill,
after another 5 weeks still only 19 learning lessons! So maybe you have urgent work to do in other projects.
But that I cannot leave my subscription because of an programming bug is just unprofesionell or wanted!
Athen I hit ” Yes please”after cancelling the renewing button nothing is happening.
Please fix that now!
OMG, I never saw this. Fred, first off, if you’re even still around here, major apologies. Not long after I launched this, I heard rumors that Apple was making BIG changes to X. What became the 10.3 update and the whole new visual interface look. I had a choice to make. Keep producing content that might become visually obsolete with the revision – or go “on hold” and revise EVERYTHING. So that’s what I did. We first had to LEARN about all the new FCP X changes – then re-write all our lessons anew. We’re about to re-launch XinTwo – this time with not just a few lessons, but dozens and dozens! Fred, if you’re still out there. I’m going to track you down and make this right. I’m re-launching XinTwo at NAB in a few weeks. After I’m back and the new system is up and running, you’ll hear from me directly. This was totally me dropping the ball and not realizing that I had actual subscribers since I pulled the plug so soon after launch. I’ll make this right for you. Stand by (a bit more) sorry.
Also I presume the system stopped billing you not long after you wrote this. That’s something I’m a stickler for. Pay when you’re using the service, stop when you choose. If you got billed more than you expected,, I’ll make that right as well when we talk. Take care.
